Senior Infrastructure Engineers - Microsoft Azure, IP Networking - Fed Govt!

We are seeking 2x Senior Infrastructure Engineers to join a high-performing Federal Government Department. The successful Senior Infrastructure Engineers will join a high-performing security operations team, supporting monitoring, incident response, security tooling and the ongoing uplift of enterprise micro-segmentation capability. The 2 successful Senior Infrastructure Engineers will secure an initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for one year and receive a rewarding hourly rate .

The 2x Senior Infrastructure Engineers will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Design, develop and implement high available, multi-region solutions with Microsoft Azure.
• Analyst existing operational standards, process and governance to identify and implement improvements.
• Develop IaC using cloud-native tools for automated and consistent platform deployments.
• Implement policy-driven data protection practices to safeguard cloud solutions from data loss.

The Senior Infrastructure Engineers will have experience in the following:

• Solid technical background in hosted services environments including hardware, software, virtualisation and storage.
• Demonstrated experience with TCP/IP networking
• Providing technical expertise to enable the correct application of operational procedures.
• Using infrastructure management tools to determine load and performance statistics
