The Opportunity

Deliver internal audits across technology and business domains, providing independent assurance on governance, risk management, and control environments.

You will help the organisation meet regulatory obligations, including APRA standards, protect data and systems, and improve control maturity through audit testing, reporting, and risk-based recommendations.

Your Impact

• Audit Execution: Prepare working papers, evaluate controls, and conduct testing for IT general controls and application controls.
• Delivery & Workflow: Run audits across technology, cyber, systems, and data domains.
• Risk Identification: Identify control weaknesses and risks in technology, information security, systems resilience, data integrity, and change delivery.
• Commercial Judgement: Provide risk-based audit recommendations that fit the business and technology environments.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work with business, technology, and data leaders while sharing insights across the audit team.
• Recommendation Tracking: Track implementation of audit recommendations and review supporting evidence to ensure root causes are addressed.
• Risk Culture: Provide risk and compliance input during audits, risk assessments, technology changes, and projects.

About You

• Qualifications: Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CIA, CA, or CPA highly regarded.
• Experience: Experience auditing technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and transformation projects. Audit experience of or within a financial services business is highly regarded.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with audit tools and testing procedures.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
