Senior Recruitment & Mobilisation Advisor

Operating within a large‑scale production and supply chain environment, this organisation plays a critical role in delivering high‑quality products to both domestic and international markets. 

They are now seeking a Lead Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to take ownership of recruitment delivery and mobilisation across the business. This role will focus heavily on international talent attraction, visa sponsorship and workforce planning, while also supporting local recruitment activity across operational sites. 
Key Responsibilities 

  • Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across designated business units
  • Lead overseas recruitment planning, including workforce demand forecasting and pipeline development
  • Partner with international recruitment agencies and migration providers
  • Build new talent channels across key international markets
  • Act as the primary point of contact for visa sponsorship and onboarding of international workers
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Manage visa sponsorship, nomination and compliance processes
  • Coordinate mobilisation activities including travel, accommodation and onboarding logistics as required
  • Provide guidance and support to recruitment administrator

About You 

  • Experience in recruitment, ideally within high‑volume or operational environments
  • Exposure to international recruitment, visa or migration processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across both internal and external partners
  • Ability to manage complex processes while maintaining attention to detail
  • Confident working in fast‑paced, evolving environments
  • Experience leading or mentoring others (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment compliance and employment legislation
