Business Analyst - Salesforce

The Role

As The Business Analyst, You Will

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis across the Salesforce / Agentforce implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.
• Create current and future-state process maps and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into clear outcomes for technical and Salesforce delivery teams.
• Work across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.
• Manage relationships across internal stakeholders, vendors and external delivery partners.
• Support solution design, testing, UAT and implementation activities.
• Identify requirements gaps, dependencies, risks and business impacts.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong Business Analyst experience within Salesforce implementations.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or Salesforce AI capabilities highly regarded.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with process mapping and tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro or similar.
• Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, driven approach with the ability to take ownership.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a delivery team.
