At  Nova Dental Implant Centre , we help people reclaim their confidence, health, and identity through full-mouth dental implant and aesthetic treatments.

Our patients don’t come to us casually.

They come to us:

Their treatment investment ranges from $40,000–$55,000 per patient.

This is not your regular dental practice. This is a national growth organisation with over 11 locations across Australia and expanding. 

The Role – Sales Consultant (In-Clinic)

This is a  face-to-face, in-clinic closing role.

You will meet with  pre-qualified patients who have already expressed interest in treatment.

Your responsibility is not to “sell dentistry.” It is to:

  • Build trust
  • Understand their story
  • Present clinician-recommended treatment options
  • Remove emotional and financial barriers
  • Guide them confidently toward a life-changing decision

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured consultations
  • Build strong patient rapport
  • Present treatment options with clarity and confidence
  • Handle objections ethically and professionally
  • Guide and assist patients with finance options (HUMM, Super, payment plans)
  • Secure payment and treatment commencement
  • Maintain CRM discipline and pipeline management
  • Consistent follow-up with your prospects
  • Attend sales training meetings each week

Schedule: 5 days per week | 8am–5pm (with flexibility to secure deals when required)

You will have your own dedicated consultation room within the practice, where you will be helping patients confidently take the next step toward a life-changing transformation. Remuneration

  • Competitive base salary
