Position: UI/UX Designers (Must own MacBook)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50–$60/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Complete and narrate real UI/UX design tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models .
• Utilize tools like Figma , Sketch , Framer , or Adobe XD to design web or mobile interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Explain design decisions clearly while working independently to support AI model improvement .
• Engage in user research and usability testing to enhance design outputs.
• Work in a structured environment without the high pressure of internships or full-time roles.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 2–3 years of professional experience or current enrollment in postgrad HCI/design studies.
• Proficiency in Figma , Sketch , Framer , or Adobe XD .
• Experience designing web or mobile interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Bachelor's from a prestigious institution or currently pursuing/recently completed Master's .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor , running macOS 15 or higher.
