Senior Project Officer -Townsville or Brisbane

One of our Queensland Government clients is seeking to engage Senior Project Officers for Townsville or Brisbane locations .

Essential Criteria

• Current open C class driver licence (mandatory).
• Demonstrated project management, procurement and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Ability to lead technical/geological assessments, data collation and project scheduling.
• Ability to undertake field work in remote locations and travel across QLD, including overnight.
• Physical fitness for field-based work in challenging terrain.

Essential Criteria

• Current open C class driver licence (mandatory).
• Demonstrated experience in project delivery, stakeholder engagement and procurement.
• Ability to coordinate desktop/field risk assessments, spatial analysis and data management.
• Experience preparing briefs, reports, submissions and ministerial correspondence.
• Ability to undertake field work in remote locations and travel, including overnight.

Desirable Criteria

• Tertiary qualification in geology, science, engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience in the mining / resources industry.
• Project management qualifications.
