• 12hr day shifts only
• FIFO from Perth

WorkPac are currently seeking FIFO Site Supervisors from Perth on a 2/1 roster. This role is $70 p/h, must have S26 & seeking a civil background.

Our client is a well-established Pilbara contractor delivering high-quality civil, structural, and maintenance services across the region. With strategically located operations, extensive resources, and a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and reliable service delivery, they are committed to providing practical solutions while consistently exceeding client expectations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supervising and coordinating daily site activities across multiple civil and structural projects
• Planning and allocating labour, plant, materials, and equipment to ensure projects run efficiently
• Monitoring project schedules, safety, quality, and compliance while resolving on-site issues
• Liaising with the Operations Manager, clients, contractors, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery

What you will need

• Statutory Supervisor Certificate - S26
• Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or similar leadership role within the civil industry
• Strong background in formwork, steel fixing, and concreting
• Sound understanding of project delivery, safety, and scheduling
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel
