Civil Leading Hand

We are seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join a growing team working across subdivision and civil construction projects. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong site experience and the ability to lead crews while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Location: Northside Brisbane (projects may require travel to other sites across the region)

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating small civil crews on-site
• Delivering subdivision works from start to finish
• Road construction and associated civil works
• Set out and basic surveying tasks on site
• Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
• Working closely with site supervisors and project management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Civil Leading Hand (or similar role)
• Strong background in subdivision projects
• Solid experience in road construction and civil works
• Confident with basic surveying and set out tasks
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as required
