Junior Business Partner

The Client

Due to the growth of this portfolio they are looking to hire a Junior Business Partnering professional, ideally from a Chartered or similar Financial Services environment, who can work in a global team to drive business outcomes, support stakeholder insights and improve performance.

The Role

Reporting into the divisional CFO, you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with team members to provide financial support on key decision making processes.
• Analysing business cases to develop commerciality and ensure their successful execution.
• Drive business outcomes by identifying cost-savings initiatives, new revenue opportunities and pricing optimisation strategies.
• Own internal performance reports for your area, giving clear insights on global portfolio performance.

The Ideal Candidate

In order to be successful in this role you should have:

• 3+ years' experience in a Chartered or Professional Industry environment - experience in Financial Services is  preferred but non-essential .
• CA / CPA or Equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders.
• High-level commercial acumen with the ability to provide clear insights into financial performance.
• Attention to detail and confidence managing competing time frames / priorities.
