WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

  • have a degree or higher qualification in ENGINEERING (eg mechanical, chemical, biomedical, electrical, computer) OR Physics/Chemistry OR IT/computer science+ have completed/nearing completion of a Masters of Intellectual Property ;
  • Are currently in a trainee patent role OR an overseas qualified patent attorney nearing qualification in Australia/NZ;
  • have minimum 3+ months' experience in patent prosecution, drafting, searching and/or opposition;
  • have strong academic results, outstanding analytical/problem-solving /communication/people skills + strong commercial acumen;
  • 100% seriously committed to becoming+ practising as a fully qualified Australian patent attorney long-term with one of Australia's top patent/TM firms in their Brisbane office.
