- $120K - $140K+ Super + Bonus + Vehicle.
- Oversee multiple home builds from slab to handover
- Coordinate trades, suppliers and construction programmes
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety and customer service
- Conduct client meetings and liaise closely with internal teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Established builder with a dedicated north-of-the-river portfolio
- Supported by experienced Construction Managers and in-house administration
- $120k + Super + Bonus + Vehicle
- Deliver architecturally designed custom residences across the Perth metro area
- High-end projects requiring exceptional attention to detail and client management
- Circa $140k + Super + Vehicle
- 2-4 years Site Supervisor experience with a WA residential builder
- For the custom opportunity, experience supervising custom homes valued at $1M+ is essential
- For the double storey homes, experience supervising double storey homes is essential
- Strong knowledge of OH&S, programming and quality control
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
