Business Analysts

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our team in Kesar Roadways Pty Ltd on a permanent, full-time basis. The primary objective of this role is analyse business and operational requirements and supporting the improvement of business processes, systems and performance within the company's road transport and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities:- .

1. Analyse transport and logistics operations, processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
2. Work with management and operational teams to gather business requirements, understand challenges and recommend practical process, system and operational improvements.
3. Analyse operational and financial data, including freight volumes, delivery performance, vehicle utilisation, costs and productivity, and prepare KPI reports, dashboards and business insights.
4. Working with users to formulate and document business requirements.
5. Review and improve transport scheduling, resource utilisation and service delivery to reduce costs, improve productivity and enhance customer service.
6. Develop process maps, workflows, business requirements, SOPs, business cases and other documentation to support process and system improvements.
7. Assist with the evaluation, testing and implementation of business and transport systems, including user acceptance testing and post-implementation reviews.
8. Monitor the results of implemented improvements, validate business data and provide recommendations to support performance, compliance and continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

·A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

·At least 1 year of experience in Business Analyst / similar role.

·Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

·A structured approach to problem-solving, documentation, and prioritisation.

·A positive, collaborative attitude and the confidence to ask questions and seek clarity when needed.

·The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and perform well under pressure.

·Flexibility to work beyond standard business hours when required (e.g., project cutovers, urgent changes, client needs).

Annual Salary: AUD $80,000.00 to AUD $ 90,000.00
