We're seeking an enthusiastic HSE Coordinator to support Safety, Health and Environmental programs across our national Bituminous Products business. Based in either Pinkenba (Brisbane) or Revesby (Sydney), this is an excellent opportunity for an emerging HSE professional to gain exposure to multiple sites, work closely with operational leaders, and develop their career within a respected and safety-focused organisation.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Technical Manager, you will play a key role in supporting safety, health and environmental compliance, systems, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple operational sites nationally. This role offers the opportunity to partner with site leaders, influence safety performance, and contribute to operational excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate SHE operations plans across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with IXOM and statutory requirements
• Support compliance with legislative and IXOM safety requirements.
• Assist site leaders with safety systems, reporting and compliance activities.
• Maintain licences, permits and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Coordinate safety training, inductions and contractor onboarding.
• Support risk assessments, risk registers and procedure reviews.
• Assist with internal and external audits and corrective actions.
• Track and report on HSE performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

You are a motivated and proactive HSE professional looking to take the next step in your career. You enjoy building relationships, supporting operational teams and driving positive safety outcomes

• 1–3 years’ experience in HSE / WHS, ideally in manufacturing, construction, mining, or similar industries
• A current and valid driver’s licence is required due to travel requirements of the role
• Qualification in Work Health & Safety or related discipline (desirable)
• Exposure to ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; SAP and Velocity experience will be highly regarded.
