Duties

• Direct site operations across production, safety, and compliance
• Lead, mentor, and develop operational site teams
• Manage operational budgets, resources, and plant capacity
• Coordinate plant maintenance to ensure peak reliability
• Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, and stakeholders
