Your new role

Manages end-to-end fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, car hire coordination, and workforce scheduling across the contract. Ensures all drivers and vehicles meet compliance requirements, including licence verification, safety standards, and regulatory obligations. Maintains accurate fleet records and oversees vehicle bookings and utilisation across multiple states and sites. Coordinates with hire companies, site teams, and operational managers to optimise vehicle availability while minimising downtime and costs. Proactively manages scheduling conflicts, maintenance, and hire renewals to support efficient, safe, and compliant service delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience in fleet management, scheduling, or logistics in an operational setting.High attention to detail with strong compliance and record-keeping skills.Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple bookings and schedules.Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Teams, and fleet/scheduling systems.Strong communication skills to coordinate with drivers, hire companies, and managers.
