Cyber Program Manager

We are currently partnering with a large and complex critical infrastructure organisation seeking an experienced Cyber Program Manager to lead a major enterprise-wide cyber security uplift program.

This is a senior leadership opportunity overseeing the delivery of a large-scale cyber transformation initiative focused on improving organisational cyber maturity, resilience, governance, and compliance across both IT and operational technology (OT) environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large enterprise cyber security program
• Manage program governance, reporting, budgeting, scheduling, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes
• Engage with senior executives, steering committees, and business stakeholders across the organisation
• Coordinate vendors and external delivery partners
• Drive the implementation of enterprise cyber security controls and uplift initiatives
• Translate complex cyber security concepts into business-friendly outcomes and reporting
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across technical and business streams

Key Experience Required

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale Cyber Security programs within complex enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks and regulatory environments including ISO27001, NIST, Essential Eight and SoCI
• IAM / PAM / IGA
• Zero Trust
• PKI / MFA
• Network Segmentation
• ISMS / Governance
• Data Loss Prevention
• SASE
• Proven experience managing executive stakeholders, governance forums, vendors and third-party delivery partners
• Ability to operate across both strategic and delivery-focused environments

Desirable

• Exposure to operational technology (OT) environments
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile or equivalent certifications
• Cyber certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CRISC highly regarded
