The Role

Working across multiple locations, this role builds capability on the bar, sets clear brew standards and partners with managers to embed best practice.

• Train baristas and FOH teams on espresso fundamentals & workflow
• Implement brew specs, dial-in routines and quality checks
• Launch and bed-in new products, equipment and SOPs
• Coach on speed, consistency, waste control and upselling
• Support store leaders to lift coffee KPIs and guest satisfaction

Skills and Experience

• Proven barista expertise with strong training/coaching ability
• Clear communicator; confident running group sessions and 1:1 coaching
• Process-minded: SOPs, checklists, QC and basic reporting
• Stakeholder friendly, partners well with managers and suppliers
• (Highly regarded) Multi-site or multi-venue leadership experience
