Your New Job
As Project Administrator, you will provide high-level administrative support to a busy Major Projects team, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and documentation is maintained to a high standard.Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings
- Raising purchase requisitions and supporting procurement activities
- Processing expenses and project-related administration
- Coordinating meetings, preparing minutes and tracking action items
- Managing project documentation and SharePoint records
- Assisting with project reporting, presentations and updates
- Maintaining project databases and information systems
- Supporting site inductions and equipment coordination
- Liaising with project managers, engineers, contractors and consultants
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Project Administrator or similar role
- Exposure to engineering, construction, infrastructure or project environments
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using SharePoint or document control systems
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
- A qualification in Business Administration or Project Administration will be highly regarded
