Your New Job

As Project Administrator, you will provide high-level administrative support to a busy Major Projects team, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and documentation is maintained to a high standard.Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings
  • Raising purchase requisitions and supporting procurement activities
  • Processing expenses and project-related administration
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing minutes and tracking action items
  • Managing project documentation and SharePoint records
  • Assisting with project reporting, presentations and updates
  • Maintaining project databases and information systems
  • Supporting site inductions and equipment coordination
  • Liaising with project managers, engineers, contractors and consultants

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a Project Administrator or similar role
  • Exposure to engineering, construction, infrastructure or project environments
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using SharePoint or document control systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
  • A qualification in Business Administration or Project Administration will be highly regarded
