Senior Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 expert who will lead the end-to-end CRM solutions for a major digital transformation program and work on complex integrations and modular solutions that improve life trajectories through innovative technology.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the end-to-end deployment, development, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom workflows, plug-ins, and complex integrations.
• Conduct business process workshops to translate requirements into functional documents, user stories, and wireframes with a focus on UX and accessibility.
• Configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications, ensuring solutions are user-friendly and prioritize out-of-the-box functionality to minimize complexity.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle, encompassing data migration, entity model design, unit testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with Architects and Technical Leads to conduct design reviews, mentor team members, and uplift overall development standards and practices.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior D365 Developer and 3 years as a Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and implementing Application Life Cycle Management (ALM) processes.
• Proven ability to build modular solutions using managed solutions and experience with GIT and Azure DevOps.
• Strong technical knowledge of Power Automate, Cloud Flows, Power BI, and Unified Client Interface (Canvas) apps.
• Demonstrated expertise in incorporating User Experience (UX) principles and ensuring solutions meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
