Salary – 80k - 100k + super (based on experience)

An established plaintiff personal injury practice in Perth is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their growing team. This role sits within a busy and fast-paced environment where you will support a team of experienced practitioners across a broad range of personal injury matters, including Workers’ Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accidents, and Public Liability claims.
You will be joining a team that is focused on delivering high-quality client outcomes while maintaining strong file progression and efficient matter management. This is a hands-on role where you will be exposed to end-to-end matter support and will play an integral part in the success of the practice.
Working closely with experienced lawyers, you will provide day-to-day paralegal and administrative support across a varied personal injury portfolio. This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, has strong attention to detail, and is confident managing competing priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting and preparing legal documents, correspondence, and court materials across personal injury matters
- Assisting with end-to-end file management from initial intake through to resolution
- Preparing briefs for counsel, medical experts, and other relevant stakeholders
- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical providers, and external parties
- Coordinating medical appointments and managing ongoing client communication
- Assisting with preparation for mediations, conferences, and hearings
- Managing diaries, deadlines, and general file administration
- Supporting lawyers to ensure matters progress efficiently and effectively
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 2–5+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within personal injury
- Has exposure to Workers’ Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accidents, and/or Public Liability matters
- Has strong drafting and document preparation skills
- Is highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Has strong communication skills and a professional approach
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in their work
- Is confident, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team
- Has a client-focused approach with empathy and professionalism
