Director of Nursing – Goldcoast 
Full-Time, Permanent
$165K - $185k depending on experiene + Super + Free parking! 

Are you a senior nursing leader ready for an  exciting, high-impact opportunity ? We’re seeking a Director of Nursing to lead a Day surgery in the Goldcoast 

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead the hospital from the ground up, making  key operational and staffing decisions
• Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing nursing team
• Shape policies, procedures, and the culture of a modern, cutting-edge facility
• Drive excellence in clinical care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Perioperative Nursing Certificate or Diploma (or equivalent)
• 3+ years perioperative nursing experience
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role (DON, ADON, Perioperative Services Manager or similar)
