Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable and business-aligned solutions across the utilities landscape, with a strong focus on Asset Management and Field Operations .

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of IT experience , including significant Solution Architecture / Lead Architecture experience.
• Strong experience delivering complex end-to-end enterprise solutions .
• Strong knowledge of Azure and/or AWS, APIs, integration, microservices and event-driven architectures .
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms, API management and messaging/event streaming.
• Strong understanding of security, scalability, availability, resilience and disaster recovery .
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and architectural governance skills. 

Key Responsiblities

• Lead end-to-end architecture across applications, data, integration, cloud/infrastructure and security .
• Translate business requirements into solution architecture, target-state designs and transition roadmaps.
• Define API, integration, event-driven, mobile/offline and OT/IT architecture patterns.
• Drive architecture decisions covering cloud, security, resilience, performance and operational readiness.
• Develop HLDs, architecture diagrams, data flows and architecture decision records.
• Lead architecture workshops, design reviews and governance.
• Provide technical leadership across design, development, testing, migration, deployment and transition to operations.
• Collaborate with business, enterprise architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, delivery and vendor teams.

Utilities Experience – Highly Desirable

• Experience in electricity, gas or water utilities .
• Strong understanding of Asset Management and Field Operations .
• Experience with EAM, GIS, workforce management, scheduling and mobile field applications .
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Asset Management, IBM Maximo, Hexagon EAM or Esri ArcGIS is advantageous.
• Experience integrating ERP, GIS, customer systems, ADMS/SCADA/OMS or OT platforms is desirable
