Site Supervisor

Your new company

A leading national building contractor, celebrated for delivering high-quality commercial (D&C) projects, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team to work on a $60M government project.

Your new role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be tasked with ensuring that all on-site activities meet project milestones and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervise the execution of all project phases, from structural work to finishing trades.
• Manage subcontractors and conduct toolbox talks.
• Perform site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Aid in the creation and implementation of short-term work schedules.
• Communicate with various stakeholders, including the client.
• Maintain a safe site in compliance with WHS standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• A relevant Construction or Building Trade (such as Cert IV in Building & Construction, Cert III in Carpentry, Cert III in Joinery)
• Proven experience working on Commercial / Residential projects above $10M
• Ability to problem-solve and interpret detailed drawings;
• Strong communication skills and ability to get the most of your trades;
• A positive attitude and passion for delivering quality construction projects

What you'll get in return
