As a Recruitment Consultant at Bespoke Careers, you’ll partner with the biggest names in the Architecture & Design industry. You’ll help studios grow by securing the best talent in the market, while guiding candidates through meaningful career moves.

We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys building relationships, and has a genuine passion for the A&D industry.

You’ll be joining a close-knit, high-performing team, building long-term client relationships, and playing a key role in our continued growth in Brisbane whilst actually enjoying what you do.

Key responsibilities

• Work on a diverse range of roles for the architecture and design industry
• Develop knowledge of what your clients need to expand their business
• Match top candidates looking for that next career challenge
• Review applicants, interview candidates, provide summary notes, and create job ads
• Grow your network, nurturing your client & candidate relationships

Skills & Experience

• Experience in the Architecture or Design industry with relevant qualifications required
• Recruitment experience within a relevant industry is beneficial but not required due to in house training
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident, influential with strong networking skills
• Target hitting & goal orientated
• Detailed and organised
• Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM experience would be beneficial
• Team focused with a drive to succeed
• Motivated, energetic and have a strong work ethic
• Effective and efficient with daily activity
• Have a social nature
