Senior Process Analyst / Business Analyst (Finance Transformation)

About the role

You will be joining a leading organisation undergoing a major Finance Transformation and ERP Modernisation program. As an experienced Process Analyst / Business Analyst, you will capture, document and optimise finance processes while supporting ERP readiness initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance process discovery and documentation activities

• Facilitate workshops to capture undocumented processes and institutional knowledge

• Develop process maps, requirements and operational documentation

• Identify process, control and compliance gaps

• Support ERP readiness and future-state process design

• Partner with Finance, Technology and Transformation stakeholders

• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

About you

• Proven experience as a Process Analyst or Business Analyst within Finance

• Strong process mapping and documentation skills

• Experience working in complex finance environments

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills

• Ability to identify process risks, controls and compliance requirements

• Experience supporting transformation and/or ERP programs

• Finance transformation experience (highly desirable)

• ERP implementation exposure (highly desirable)

• CA, CPA or equivalent qualification (highly desirable)

• Financial services background (highly desirable)
