Exciting opportunity for recruiters who love a busy, hands-on role managing end-to-end processes and focusing on quality delivery!

  • Two contracts available, open to WHV visa holders!
  • One 2–3-month contract, and one 6-month contract (where sponsorship will be considered!)
  • Immediate start available
  • $45–$50 per hour + super

  • Step into busy, hands-on recruitment activity, managing end-to-end processes across multiple live vacancies
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates using a mix of systems, databases, advertising, and direct search
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with accuracy, speed, and clear communication at every step
  • Deliver a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience, ensuring strong attention to detail throughout the process
  • Keep systems and candidate records up to date with precision, supporting smooth and efficient recruitment delivery
  • Work closely with experienced recruiters and teams, contributing to quality outcomes and shared success
