· Improved continuation of care and clinical handover through integration of health systems and records

· Stronger collaboration between clinicians in primary care and the care facility

- Pending resident onboarding
- 16 hours per month (1 days – negotiable)
- Rate: $180 + GST per hour

Eligibility:
- Doctors must have Vocational or General Registration’
- Doctor must have full Australian work rights
- Doctors must have experience in ED and or General Practice.
- Doctors that are restricted by the moratorium are able to apply.
