  • Our client is a leading womenswear brand seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day stock operations within a high-volume retail environment.

    This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands the pace, complexity and unique stock requirements of fashion retail. You'll be responsible for managing a large team, maintaining accurate stock flow and ensuring the right product gets to the right place efficiently.

    The Role

    As Warehouse Manager, you will take ownership of the warehouse and stock function, leading a team of up to 25 staff and ensuring stock is received, processed, organised and distributed efficiently.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Leading and developing a warehouse team
    • Managing high-volume stock movements and daily warehouse operations
    • Overseeing receiving, processing, replenishment and dispatch
    • Managing large and complex SKU ranges
    • Maintaining high levels of stock accuracy and organisation
    • Coordinating stock flow to support retail stores and customer demand
    • Planning team coverage around changing stock volumes and business requirements
    • Monitoring productivity, performance and operational efficiency
    • Implementing processes to improve stock flow and accuracy
    • Working closely with retail, operations and merchandising teams
    • Identifying and resolving stock discrepancies and operational issues
    • Ensuring warehouse standards, safety and procedures are maintained

    About You

    We're looking for an experienced retail stock or warehouse leader who understands that fashion stock management requires a different approach to traditional warehousing.

    You'll need to be confident leading a large team, managing competing priorities and adapting quickly to changes in stock volumes and business demands. You'll understand how to develop different individuals within your team and create an environment where people are accountable, supported and motivated.

    You will ideally have:

    • 3+ years' experience managing high-volume retail stock operations
    • Proven experience leading teams of up to 25 staff
    • Strong experience managing large and complex SKU ranges
    • Previous experience within womenswear or fashion retail is highly regarded
    • A strong understanding of high stock turnover environments
    • Proven ability to develop and lead diverse teams
    • Excellent organisation and time management skills
    • Strong understanding of stock accuracy and inventory control
    • Ability to analyse operational performance and identify improvements
    • Confident communication across multiple teams and departments
    • A hands-on, solutions-focused approach to leadership
