Hays are partnering with a well-established organisation seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business where you'll gain broad exposure across financial reporting, analysis and business partnering while contributing to key organisational objectives.

Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the business. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll provide accurate financial information, reporting and analysis to support effective decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Month-end reporting and analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting activities
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Financial performance reporting
• Cash flow monitoring and reporting
• Business partnering with internal stakeholders
• Supporting process improvement initiatives
• Ad hoc financial analysis and project work

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have previous experience as a Management Accountant, or in a similar financial role with functions. You will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.CA or CPA qualifications, or progress towards completion, will be highly regarded. Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment will also be essential.
