Geotech Pty Ltd is a provider of specialist Piling and Ground Engineering services across a broad range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Geotech is one of Australia's most respected and diverse engineering and construction companies.

Geotech are looking to engage a Site Engineer with piling experience to join the team to support Queensland based projects both metropolitian and regional. Responsible for on-site supervision and execution of piling works, ensuring construction activities meet design specifications, quality standards, safety norms, and project schedules.

This will support the effective coordination and control of Engineering Works for designated projects through activities of technical, engineering, inspection, scheduling, planning, survey, procurement and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare safety, quality and construction documents
• Administer contract works and support approvals
• Monitor daily activities and ensure compliance
• Manage permits, traceability and site records
• Track costs and support forecasting
• Assist procurement and raise purchase orders
• Record progress, delays and variations

Qualifications and Competencies

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
• 2 year post graduating experience as a project-based engineer in the construction engineering industry, in disciplines such as rail and associated civil infrastructure
• Must have had demonstrated site based experience
• Current driver licence and reliable vehicle

Desired Skills and Experience

Civil Engineer, 2 year exp post graduating must have hands on site experience. Piling experience highly desirable. Regaional and Metro Queensland.
