Site Supervisor

Your new company:This Tier 1 award winning commercial builder is renowned for its innovative approach, strong reputation, and delivering high-quality commercial spaces for cities and communities. Due to an exciting new project, they are seeking a Structures Supervisor to join their team on one of their large-scale data centre projects in western sydney.

Your new role:
As a seasoned Structures Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the team, leveraging your expertise in structural projects to oversee daily site operations. Our role will involve ensuring that all structural aspects of the project are completed to the highest standards and within budget, whilst maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. Your leadership will be key in guiding and motivating the team to achieve project goals.

What youll need to succeed:
Experience in Tier 1 or 2 building space across industrial and commercial building projects up to $200 Million
High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Lead and motivate trades and subcontractors across the project.
Work closely with both supervisors and site managers to ensure efficient project execution.
Prioritise safety, quality, and adherence to project schedule.
