As our Program Coordinator, you’ll lead our Workplace Mentoring Program, supporting Aboriginal young people across the Central Coast to explore education, training and employment opportunities. You’ll connect with mentors, employers, schools and training providers to create pathways that empower participants and deliver meaningful outcomes. Every day, you’ll have the chance to inspire others, strengthen community connections and create lasting change. Based in our Gosford office, this full-time Monday–Friday role offers a supportive team environment, competitive salary and a pool vehicle for work travel. What you’ll bring You’re a natural relationship builder who enjoys helping people and programs succeed.
