We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Storeperson to join our busy warehouse team in Mansfield, QLD. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and teamwork.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Storeperson, you will play a key role in ensuring stock is received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately and efficiently. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, support daily warehouse operations and contribute to a safe and organised workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receiving and checking incoming stock against purchase orders
• Loading, unloading and storing products safely
• Operating a forklift to move and organise stock
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through stock control and stock counts
• Preparing orders and dispatching goods
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with safety procedures
• Supporting the wider team with general warehouse duties as required

Essential

• Current Forklift Licence (LF)
• Previous warehouse, storeperson or pick packing experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to perform manual handling and physical warehouse tasks
• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills

Desirable

• Experience with inventory management and stock control
• Experience using warehouse management systems
• Knowledge of flooring products, building supplies or trade products (advantageous but not essential)
