We’re looking for a natural leader who can walk into this high volume, busy and bustling store, read the room and instantly lift the vibe. Someone who knows how to turn their staff into a team: motivated, switched on and ready to hit store targets.

You’ll be working alongside an incredible Co-Manager, building culture on the floor daily: coaching, mentoring and backing your crew to become product experts who can style their customers & own their space. You’ll drive performance, exceed head office expectations, smash out KPI's and push the store into its next level of growth.

What you'll bring to the table..:

• Proven store management experience ESSENTIAL in fashion retail, ideally in streetwear, surf, or skate sectors
• Strong leadership and a straight-up communication style: clear, confident, empowering
• Ability to lead, create culture and support the team
• Natural energy: you're approachable, respected and personality-PLUS!
• Hunger to learn new skills
• A results-driven mindset...
