What you’ll do:

As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll lead the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations.

• Collaborate with the team to drive sales and achieve store targets.
• Manage stock levels, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and product recommendations.
• Provide training to enhance team skills and product knowledge.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven pharmacy or retail experience (Essential).
• Leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Availability:

• Full time role
• Some weekend and evening work required
