Overview

Sales Support Representative

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Support Representative to join our Oceania team for a 12-month fixed term contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all import and export Sales Support activities across the Oceania region. You will play a key role in enabling regional Sales Support strategies and business targets, while partnering closely with Account Managers to grow and maintain customer relationships. The role involves end-to-end coordination of shipments, including bookings, cargo receival, documentation, customs requirements, and transshipments, as well as invoicing, accounts receivable and reporting. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution and a high standard of service delivery. In addition, the role supports operational and port activities, ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, business continuity and stakeholder engagement across customers, terminals and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the EUKOR agency and WW operations in Australia, overseeing all import/export Sales Support activities and ensuring efficient end-to-end execution
  • Drive regional Sales Support strategies, business plans and performance targets aligned with EUKOR agency requirements
  • Partner with Account Managers, Customer Growth leaders and Business Units to deliver customer strategies and a seamless, high-quality customer experience
  • Support the transformation and integration of Order Management into Shipping Services, ensuring alignment with the Customer Growth operating model
  • Manage operational processes including customs requirements, cargo preparation, transhipments, space allocation, and cargo issue resolution
  • Oversee financial and administrative activities such as pricing for contracted accounts, invoicing, accounts receivable and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives, cross-training, and stakeholder engagement across ports and customers.
  • Maintain accurate data in systems and ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures
