Our Government client is hiring for a highly capable Senior Salesforce API / Integration Developer to join their organisation. This technology team are focusing on delivering an enterprise wide integrations and business system solutions. You'll work alongside the vendor partner, Salesforce Admins, BAs and Integration Engineers in a dynamic environment that blends project delivery and BAU support. From developing new features, to supporting our the phase of CRM transformation, your work will impact both staff and end consumers.

Role Title: Salesforce API/ Integration Developer

Contract Length: Until December 18th- strong chance of extension.

Daily Pay: $850 - $950 + Super per day

Location: 3 days in Office, at Macquarie Park (2113) and the rest WFH

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to business requirements and best practice
  • Build and maintain OmniScripts, Data Mappers, Integration Procedures, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components and Flows
  • Support Education Cloud configurations
  • Collaborate with project and BAU teams across testing phases (unit, SIT, regression, and UAT)
  • Develop and maintain integrations with FastAPI and Snowflake
  • Participate in code reviews, deployment planning, and environment management
  • Ensure high standards of data integrity, performance, and security
  • Contribute to the development of automated regression packs and CI/CD pipelines
  • Provide mentoring and technical guidance to other Developers and Salesforce Admins

Core Skills & Experience

  • 3 + years' minimum experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Experience with Education Cloud, Data and Marketing, as well as OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Mappers, FlexCards)
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and API integration
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git branching, and Salesforce DevOps tooling
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model and governance
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Omni Studio Developer, or Education Cloud Consultant (highly regarded)

Candidates must be based in the Greater Sydney Area and must possess existing full working rights - Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia.
