About the Organisation

This is an opportunity to join a growing Accounting/ Wealth Management firm known for delivering personalised financial advice and building long-term client relationships. The business specialises in investment strategy, superannuation, and retirement planning, and is recognised for its high level of service and collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tax returns and financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals (up to $100M turnover)
• Manage and respond to client queries while building strong, long-term relationships, focused on genuine advisory-level support
• Serve as an expert regarding Div 7A, CGT, and FBT strategy
• Collaborate with managers and partners across multiple engagements
• Lead & mentor junior through senior on and offshore team members

Ideal Requirements

• Currently studying towards CA, CPA, or interested in pursuing
• AUS Perm Resident OR Citizen
• Strong knowledge of Australian tax legislation
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in an Australian public practice firm
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic
