About the Role
You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing difficulties across children and/or adults. The role involves developing individualised therapy programs, monitoring progress, and working collaboratively with clients, families, carers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing assessments.
- Develop and deliver individualised therapy plans and evidence-based interventions.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
- Provide education and practical strategies to clients, families, carers, and relevant professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other service providers.
- Participate in case conferences, professional development, and clinical supervision.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with professional, ethical, and organisational standards.

About You
You're a passionate Speech Pathologist who upholds:
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
- Support clients of all ages to achieve meaningful goals
- Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Provide therapy in-person and via telehealth
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Speech Pathology + SPA registration
- Passion for helping clients achieve their goals
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Driver licence & vehicle
- NDIS orientation module completed (or willing to)
