Are you an organised and proactive SAP Project Co-Ordinator looking for your next contract opportunity?
We are seeking a proactive SAP Project Co-Ordinator to join a high-profile enterprise environment in Melbourne. This initial 6-month contract will see you supporting the successful delivery of SAP initiatives by ensuring project activities are coordinated, stakeholders remain aligned, and key milestones are achieved.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects on track, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience working across both SAP BAU and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate activities across SAP BAU and project teams.
Track project actions, dependencies, risks, and outstanding deliverables.
Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate requests and communications between business stakeholders, SAP teams, vendors, BAU teams, and infrastructure teams.
Monitor and track project readiness activities leading up to key milestones.
Prepare governance documentation, status reports, and project reporting.
Escalate issues, risks, or blockers to the Project Manager or leadership team where appropriate.
Maintain project documentation and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
What You'll Bring
Previous experience as a Project Co-Ordinator supporting SAP projects or enterprise IT programs.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project (or similar project management tools).
Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
This Role Does Not
Own project budgets.
Manage large, complex project schedules.
Lead Steering Committee meetings.
Hold overall accountability for project delivery.
Instead, you will play a critical support role, ensuring projects are well organised, information flows efficiently, and Project Managers have the visibility they need to successfully deliver outcomes.
