Production Worker

This is a full-time opportunity based in Keysborough, VIC, offering a generous hourly rate of $30–$35 per hour , depending on experience. Multiple positions are available due to continued growth and increased production.

THE ROLE:
As an Industrial Stitcher / Production Worker, you will work as part of a team to manufacture premium-quality sports balls while meeting production targets and deadlines. You will be involved in several stages of the production process, with a strong focus on industrial stitching, quality, accuracy and workmanship.

TASKS:

• Operate industrial sewing and stitching machines
• Stitch leather and synthetic panels according to production specifications
• Use production tools and equipment for stitching, stapling, gluing and rolling panels
• Maintain consistent stitch quality, tension, alignment and finishing
• Inspect materials and components for defects or inconsistencies
• Conduct basic machine setup, adjustments, cleaning and routine maintenance
• Follow production schedules, work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Perform quality checks on your own work and completed products
• Report product faults or non-conformances promptly
• Complete other reasonable duties as directed by the Production Manager or Leading Hand

• Previous industrial sewing or stitching experience
• Experience working with leather or heavy materials will be highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and production procedures
• Commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines
• A reliable, safety-conscious and team-focused attitude
• Own reliable transport to Keysborough is preferred
