Mane Consulting is representing a national leader in spatial technology solutions in their search for a Senior Software Engineer – Product & AI. The company are entering a phase of significant change, implementing an ambitious digital innovation strategy which includes the revamp of existing digital solutions and the adoption of AI-driven processes. As such, they require an experienced Senior Software Engineer – Product & AI to support major operational uplift and digital transformation projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role offers outstanding opportunities for professional development, not only will you be responsible for designing, revamping & maintaining a range of internal and customer facing solutions, but you will also play a crucial role in integrating AI-enabled processes & agile practices within the company’s development teams. By working closely with the senior product innovation and development teams, you’ll obtain expert, in-depth knowledge of the company’s codebase & products as well as their reporting structures, agile & Sprint practices. Acting as an SME within the team, you will utilise your knowledge of AI-driven products and practices to streamline and innovate these solutions, working toward you own opportunity for a leadership role within the company’s talented engineering team.

ABOUT YOU

The be successful in the Digital Transformation Business Analyst role, you should have:

• Prior experience working in a Senior Software Engineering capacity with other leadership responsibilities
• Expertise across the company’s core tech stack: PHP, Laravel, VueJs, NextJs, Typescript, .NET, Visual Studio C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS & SQL
• Professional experience with modern development & source code tools such as Tailwindcss & Shadcn
• Expert level knowledge of AI tools, processes & practices and the ability to implement them effectively across APIs & Architectural development practices
• A passion for leading complex engineering functions and the desire to take on future leadership responsibilities
• A degree background in a relevant Software or Engineering field
• A high level of competence with Jira, Confluence & version control platforms
