Join a major mining organisation delivering a large-scale Information Management program and play a key role in designing and developing modern digital solutions across SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Your new role


We are seeking a Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Developer who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced project environment. This role will focus on the development of a document control solution and associated workflows to support enterprise information management initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop canvas and model-driven Power Apps that meet functional, security, scalability, usability and performance requirements.
  • Build robust dynamic Power Automate workflows for document reviews, approvals, publication, revision, periodic review and exception management.
  • Configure and extend SharePoint Online using libraries, lists, content types, metadata, document sets, permissions, versioning and search.
  • Develop reusable, parameter-driven components and workflow patterns that can operate consistently across multiple SharePoint sites and capabilities.
  • Assist and provide recommendations for implementing solutions using Azure Integration technologies such as Azure Functions, Service Bus and Logic apps as required.


What you'll need to succeed
Extensive experience developing solutions using:

  • Microsoft Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • SharePoint Online
  • Strong experience designing enterprise-grade document management and workflow solutions.
  • Proven ability to configure and extend SharePoint Online using modern architecture and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of information governance, permissions, metadata, records management, and document lifecycle processes.
  • Experience building reusable solutions and frameworks within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes within tight project timeframes.
