Senior Project Manager - Remedial

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Operations Manager to join a well-established remedial contractor delivering complex façade remediation, structural rectification, waterproofing, and defects projects across Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business with a strong reputation in the remedial market. You will take ownership of multiple projects while providing leadership to project delivery teams, driving operational performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful delivery of multiple remedial and rectification projects across Sydney
• Lead, mentor, and manage Project Managers, Site Managers, and delivery teams
• Drive programme, budget, quality, and safety outcomes across the project portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, strata managers, and key stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks while implementing effective delivery strategies
• Oversee procurement, commercial performance, and financial reporting across projects
• Contribute to business planning, resource allocation, and operational improvements
• Support tender reviews, project planning, and strategic growth initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, or Construction Manager within the remedial, refurbishment, façade, or residential sectors
• Strong track record delivering complex remedial, façade remediation, waterproofing, structural repair, or Class 2 rectification projects
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing multiple project teams
• Strong commercial acumen with a thorough understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and financial management
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive operational performance while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)
