This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced luxury retail leader to join a globally recognised designer fashion and bridal house as Assistant Boutique Manager .

Reporting to the Senior Boutique Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading one of Perth's busiest luxury showrooms. Working collaboratively with teams across Australia, America and Europe, you'll inspire and develop a large styling & sales team while delivering an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through to final fitting and aftercare.

This is a true leadership role requiring a commercially astute people leader who understands volume operations, appointment-based retail environments. Bridal experience is highly regarded, however candidates with an established background leading teams within luxury or premium designer fashion are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and develop a team of 10+ sales stylists, creating a high-performance culture focused on service excellence.
• Lead from the front to achieve boutique sales budgets, KPIs and commercial objectives.
• Ensure every client receives a seamless luxury experience from appointment scheduling through to styling consultations, fittings, alterations and aftercare.
• Be highly visible on the showroom floor, providing real-time coaching, feedback and support to your team.
• Oversee daily showroom operations, appointment management and workflow while maintaining impeccable presentation standards.
• Partner with international teams to uphold brand standards, implement initiatives and share best practice.

What We're Looking For

• Existing or previous leadership experience within luxury or premium designer fashion apparel is essential.
• Demonstrated success leading, coaching and developing large retail teams of 10+ team members.
• Strong understanding of premium customer journeys and longer sales cycles where relationships and service drive results.
• Proven success with consistently delivering sales budgets, KPIs and operational excellence.
• Passion for creating memorable luxury experiences through personalised service and attention to detail.
• Highly polished communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and team members.
• Bridal experience will be highly regarded but not essential. Full industry training will be provided.
