Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced IBM WebMethods Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in WebMethods integration, with hands-on experience in Redis Cache, RabbitMQ, and microservices architecture. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can design, develop, and maintain integration solutions that are robust, scalable, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using IBM WebMethods platform.
- Develop and maintain microservices to support business processes and applications.
- Integrate Redis Cache for efficient data storage and retrieval, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Integrate with API Gateway and other Systems of integration.
- Implement messaging and queuing solutions using RabbitMQ to facilitate smooth communication between services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the integration landscape.
- Document integration processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with IBM WebMethods (Integration Server, Broker, Designer, Trading Networks, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and development.
- Hands-on experience with Redis Cache implementation and management.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging platforms.
- Proficiency in Java, REST APIs, and web services (SOAP, RESTful).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT and relevant security features like mTLS etc that aligns with Zero Trust Architecture
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
