Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IBM WebMethods Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in WebMethods integration, with hands-on experience in Redis Cache, RabbitMQ, and microservices architecture. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can design, develop, and maintain integration solutions that are robust, scalable, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using IBM WebMethods platform.
  • Develop and maintain microservices to support business processes and applications.
  • Integrate Redis Cache for efficient data storage and retrieval, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Integrate with API Gateway and other Systems of integration.
  • Implement messaging and queuing solutions using RabbitMQ to facilitate smooth communication between services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the integration landscape.
  • Document integration processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience with IBM WebMethods (Integration Server, Broker, Designer, Trading Networks, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and development.
  • Hands-on experience with Redis Cache implementation and management.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging platforms.
  • Proficiency in Java, REST APIs, and web services (SOAP, RESTful).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT and relevant security features like mTLS etc that aligns with Zero Trust Architecture
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
