YOUR ROLE

Being the 2IC (2nd in Charge) to the HEAD of OPERATIONS, you will enjoy the challenge+ variety+ rewards of ensuring smooth operations across the entire business. In particular:

• Loan (construction/commercial) reviews and management;
• Loan default/financial hardship management;
• Complaint handling;
• Audits/compliance;
• IT/business improvement projects;
• General office management.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• Are degree qualified in finance/accounting/commerce or similar (or finishing) + RG146 accredited (or willing to study);
• have 2+ years’ specialist OPERATIONS experience in the financial services industry including exposure to loans and/or investments;
• have outstanding problem-solving, decision- making+ planning/time prioritisation skills;
• have proven ability to devise/implement processes+ project manage to completion;
• have 1st CLASS communication+ relationship building+ customer-service skills .
