As part of an ongoing focus on payroll transformation and systems enhancement, a newly created opportunity has become available for an experienced Payroll Compliance & Process Improvement Specialist. This role will play a key part in driving system optimisation, improving business processes, enhancing compliance outcomes, and supporting strategic payroll and rostering initiatives.




Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Payroll Compliance & Process Improvement, this role includes but is not limited to:

  • Drive payroll system improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Optimise payroll and rostering processes through automation and technology solutions.
  • Provide expert support and resolution for complex payroll and system issues.
  • Lead testing activities to ensure system quality, performance, and successful integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and project outcomes.
  • Provide technical guidance on payroll and rostering systems across the organisation.
  • Maintain testing environments and support continuous improvement and compliance initiatives.
  • Contribute to best practice processes, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.

Ideal candidate

  • Proven track record of successfully analysing and resolving complex payroll issues
  • Experience in payroll and rostering system testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast pact and complex environments
  • Experience with SAP ECC and SuccessFactors
