About the Role
Join a busy and supportive production team specialising in steel security doors and frames . This is a hands-on role where you’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople across powder coating, fabrication, and assembly .
If you enjoy practical work, taking pride in quality, and being part of a team — this is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills and secure long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with powder coating, fabrication, and assembly
- Work with hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Support production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
- Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop
- Follow all WHS policies and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or a trades assistant role
- Confidence using hand tools and basic machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- A reliable, team-oriented attitude
- Availability for early starts (6:00 AM), Monday to Friday
